Monster Mash Tournament Possibility?

I would like to start an Monster Mash tournament fi that would be okay but i would like to start it after i move house because if i started it now i would have to abandon it :( Anyway i would be in charge of making the decks the decks will be of each attribute and maybe each type if the public would want that.

I just want to know if i could host this when i get back?
