Relinquished Piper Chaos

I've ran this for a while. In fact, I still do. Soo much to fun to play and to troll pepole with. A good amount of the monsters in the main board are Level 1, so the Piper Engine works well here. Using Djinn Releaser to Ritual Summon Relinquish, thus stopping the opponent's Special Summons = trolololololz! The deck is standard for the most part. You may notice some rather interesting techs.
