It's a legitament list, konami is known for doing random / unnecessary bans. Dragonfly and hornet on the same list? No point just dragonfly would be fine.

Gates at 2 ruins darkworlds.
Reborn and FF were op cards anyway i can see why they're banned.
Primal seed was never used so no point in it being limited at all.
BLS was too op plus i heard it was only for a format.
Hunter - makes the loop gone so no more loop.
You only need 2 rabbit tbh.
Marshmallon - was just spirit but with burn.
Summoner Monk - don't see why it ever was 1st turn exceed isn't that bad.
Destiny Draw - seriously who uses d heroes nowadays.
Magical Stone Excavation - I've only seen used in old exodia decks.
Grapha - Theres goes darkworlds.
E-Hero The Shining - 2 is perfectly fine they usually go for zero as their third or so.
Mystical Space Typhoon - Nightbeam shot is going to see more use now.
Sinister Serpent - Eh, not much of an issue really imo.
Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon - A lot of dragon decks going to see less play.
Miracle Fusion - Heroes are going to switch to fusion gate.
Rekindling - Lavals are dead before even reaching tcg completely lol.
Sangan - No explanation needed.

Just because 1 site has "proof" that it's fake doesn't mean it is. The proof could be forged and it is possible. Like i said konami has been known for doing ridiculous ban for new formats.

Witch over Sangan is better imo, 'cause TGU Auto-Sangan is just dumb.

The list Gorz posted is fake because in the bottom right corner it says the number 17... That book is read from right to left, so when opening the cover the 1st page is the page on the left. Ergo, all the pages on the right would be even numbers.

Yeah, I call bullshit on this list.

I wouldn't mind BLS, Reborn, and FuFu going byebye, but if they're gonna ban Sangan, you may as well replace it Witch of the Black Forest, which essentially does similar things as Sangan. Wind-Up Hunter, really? Hunter isn't even the real issue in Wind-Ups; Rat is!!! The Rat is what makes the loops possible. If they're gonna hit Wind-Ups, hit the Rat. 'Nuff said.

I can understand Inzektor Dragonfly at 1, as that is what makes the Hornet shenanigans possible. I can understand REDMD as well; one with a powerful effect and a ridiculously easy summoning condition. Sinister Serpent, really!?!? This little guy is essentially a +1 EVERY turn!!! He makes virtually almost any card costless. This thing needs to stay banned. Also, exactly why limit Miracle AND Rekindling!? Why kill HEROs when they're just starting to get good again? At least let them live for a format or two. Limiting Rekindling would kill Lavals before they even get to see more competitively play.

Rescue Rabbit at 2 would cripple its respective deck immensely. Besides, its actually a well-balanced card. Inzektor Hornet at 2 would do nothing to its respective deck. 1 is all you need for the field rape anyway. Gates and Grapha at 2 would cripple Dark World in terms of consistency. Why hit Shining exactly? The most common way of getting out is through Miracle anyhow. With MST at 2, players would become more inclined to setting heavy backfields, which was exactly the case when Heavy Storm was banned.

Marshmallon at 3? Meh. I'm rather neutral about that one. I'd say keep Monk at 2, or else many more shenanigans which in turn would lead to spamming Rank 4s or Level 8 synchros would ensue. 3 Destiny Draws would be basically asking us to bring back TeleDaD. Oh sure, why not bring back Crush Card Virus too? (canyousensethesarcasmthere?) Magical Stone Excavation and Primal Seed at 3 are something I can agree with. Primal Seed is too situational and Magical Stone doesn't see much play outside of FTK-based decks.

That's just my opinion though.

For Inzektors, you really need more than 2 Hornet and 1 Dragonfly. Hornet at 2 is cool (hopefully it won't cripple the deck), but Dragonfly at 1 and you're going to make Inzektors the new X-Sabers (used to be good, lost its power after awhile).

As I had just mentioned, Hornet at 2 makes no difference. You only 1 in your hand or grave to go off. Dragonfly needs to be hit as that is the catalyst for 2 or more Hornet nukes per turn.

Dragonfly at 1 would kill the deck, honestly. If it gets banished, you're screwed. Fly at 2 is better, in my opinion.

And Hornet's easily stopped by D.D. Crow and stuff that banishes other stuff...
