Hi I'm kitteh I'm 15, and yes a girl. ;)
I duel yugioh all the time in rl and my main deck is Inzektor. I won 3 regionals and I pull ghost rares all the time..

I'm only 14 this year, only joined a shop tourny so far in which I've gotten into the top 4 while testing a new build, it was a swiss-cut tourny without any side deck. Never did join an official tournament by Konami before. Maybe I should go try out at official tournaments when theres one in the near future if possible.

15, i go to locals every saturday since january. Only made top 2 twice and split the cash prize. I made top 4, 3 times but i lost while using darkworld T_T Never joined regionals or ycs.

I want to enter more tournaments, but the thing is...... I've no time to do so >< Singaporean students doesn't have much free time, our schedule are mostly filled with school, tuition and revision. Rarely have free time. Most of the tourny at Dhoby(a cardshop that a lot of people goes to) are on Saturday and I have CCA on Saturday :(

Dude, same for me, at my locals usually the people who make top 4 are 20 or so. I'm cool with all of the people there since i've been going for quite a while, but yeah even with the most op deck and it isn't even complete, i still lose. My record would always be around 2-2 1-3 (we always do 4 rounds then go top 4) I never go 6-0 or 5-1, mainly because my decks never become complete...

Well, I don't usually waste my pocket money on meaningless stuffs so yeah I have quite abit of left overs so I use them to buy cards for my decks. I mostly buy single cards though cos erm... feels safer, buying packs may not get me the card that I need.

I was testing my new build for my favourite deck, my Control Gladiator Beast.
When I think about it, it was pretty sad >< Every single time I lost a duel is because of a dead hand(No monsters, all spell/traps), I never did lose a duel so long as I had a monster in my hand. My new build's still pretty unstable, need to test it out more. My target's to stabilize it to say... 1 monster + 5 Spell/Traps in an opening hand.

Well, TBH, actually not all my decks IRL are completed. I have around 2 decks that have lots of proxy cards, namely my Destiny-Tele-Agents(something new that I'm trying to perfect) and Fabled. I'm still testing them IRL. I mostly only buy the cards for the deck once I'm satisfied with it so as to not regret buying the cards that made an inconsistent or weak deck. I actually wasted around 100$SGD making my A Hero Live Glad build >< Didn't find it as good as I wanted it to be. Every since that, I've always either test my deck on DN or YGO-PRO/proxy the deck IRL till I'm satisfied with it before buying the cards.

I actually tried it out like this before.
Deck: 40
Starting Hand: 5 (not counting the next draw)
Monster: 1
Spell/Trap: 4
Ratio: 1:4 --- 8:32

but sadly, it doesn't really work out that well IRL. its still possible to get either too many monsters or zero monsters in my hand. Guess that's a problem for people using control decks that consist mostly of spell/traps.

Well, you can earn money in Yu-Gi-Oh as well. My friend bought a Super Dreadnought Canon Gustaph Max Jap for SGD$10+ when it was just released, later on the price rose to SGD$90+ and he sold it and earned SGD$80+
