Constructor/Puzzler - His/Her role would be to be in charge of making duel puzzles and trivias or other extra credit activities, so he/she could make weekly and/or daily puzzles, the person would have to have a good knowledge of the game, i would devise some sort of test to see if they're worthy enough n_n (I'll try think of a test, unless you think of a good one.)

Help's people with there deck's and Improve there skills so they can move up and rank up.

Instead of guidance counselor how about we do the mentor system?

Like the lower skilled players will have a mentor assigned to them and they help them with their decks and strategies etc.

Same thing as guidance counselor without the possible issue that the few people assigned as a counselor getting bugged by many others for help.

Yes, but what if there are too many members to pair everybody up with a mentor?

mentors start having like 2-3 apprentices then. the thing is there would be multiple members so no one is having like 10-12 apprentices

lets say there are 10 mentors.

those 10 mentors would have 2-3 apprentices each.

so there would be up to 20-30 apprentices.

more people join then more people become mentors then they get assigned apprentices.

Simple.

Then they stick as apprentices until they are eligible, if we have to we choose the best apprentice to become a mentor. If they do a bad as a mentor stick him as a mentor in training to learn from another mentor.

Ok, I honestly cannot believe you haven't noticed this... Mentor is a synonym for teacher, which we got rid of. The point of being a teacher was to teach people to become better duelists, if you had paid the dp, both the dp and teacher are now gone, and the point of mentoring is to teach 2-3 people at a time to become better duelists in order to be eligible to teach others to become better duelists. See the pattern? Mentoring is just an upgraded version of being a teacher, except you don't pay to get taught, you teach more than one, and when you're good, you teach others.
