Admin problems (sorta)

It has come to my attention that we don't really have too many admins at the moment. BK is here, yes, Jay is also here (but not as much, but Wally/Tsubasa is sorta inactive and Marcie...well, we all don't know where she is, so that's a problem. Long story short, we only have 2 admins and 2 mods (lLogolepsy and Driclone).

What I would do to fix this problem is to promote active and deserving people to be Admins and Moderators. I think there are a lot of people here who have stuck around for a really long time and deserve such a thing, and by doing this (and with some proper training, if necessary), we can solve this problem.

Reply to me with your ideas on how to solve this problem.

I agree. Chess Rank members should only e able to go up to Mod and then with experience as a mod, become an admin

What I meant was that active pawns could instantly become Admins or Mods. Yes, they would have to be tested for reliability and responsibility and stuff (for obvious reasons), but they don't really have to duel their way up there. Honestly, I think by the time I die, I won't be Royalty.

With the number of active members, I believe we have enough Admins and Mods.

I mean maybe 1 or 2 more mods but other than that the current situation is normal and under control
