I can see Resonators being played in 2 ways.
1.Hero Variant
2.Synchro Based

Anyway, you wanted a Synchro variant. My changes'll be:
-2 Cyber Archfiend
-1 Dark Hunter
-1 Flash Assailant
-3 Archfiend Soldier
-1 Statue of The Wicked
-1 The Golden Apples
-1 Gates

I'd go
+2 Cyber Dragon
+2 Vice Dragon
+1 Gorz/Tragoedia
+2 Mystical Space Typhoon
+0-1 Solar WindJammer

Probably all off the top of my head.

Honestly, try running a few Goblindbergh/Marauding Captain and then using their effs, SS a tuner with them.

the lv4 monsters are there for resonator engine, right? i'd use the space for something else. with most resonators being 3, normally the best play is to summon lv3 resonator along with a lv5 monster to synch 8.
for more options: level eater
for extra deck i recommend the tough ruler archfiend
since you're using red carpet, you could go for more than one nova:
you could use a junk synchron to recover a barrier and synch with them

if you take out the resonator engine you should take out the lv4 monsters as well
and maybe take out the darkworld gates, i find tuners in graveyard are useful with revival cards like call of the haunted for more synch's
