How To Be A Good Moderator---- Cryo Edition
-Puts Alcoholic Beverage Down- Ello Lads and Laddetes, Finly here to break down what Moderators are responsible to do here:

Let's define Moderator
Moderator : http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Moderator

In Cryo, you must pay attention to the chatbox and the forum according to these rules:
https://cryo.forumotion.com/t1-forum-rules-must-read

Punishments are according to the rule broken.

https://cryo.forumotion.com/t194-the-art-of-banning

Now to enforce these rules you need to know your tools, your powers, your best friends!

ChatBox Commands:
/kick - Kicks a user, the user can come back once (s)he is kicked.

/ban - Bans a user, the user cannot come back until unbanned by a mod or admin.

/unban - Unbans a user

/clear - Clears the chatbox, Perform this when porn/big pictures/Non-affliate academy links are posted. Usually a /kick or /ban is performed after to the user who posted this, Make sure to make a screenshot of the incident to back your reasoning.
/Banlist - Shows users who are banned from the chat box for future reference, or knowing the spelling of a name to unban

Now on to the forum.
When you notice an innaporpiate post made such as spam, advertising, or anything that has nothing to do with the topic, make sure to use the right tool. I don't have time to cover all the mod tools, but Forumotion has. Here's the guide:

http://help.forumotion.com/t10773-guide-to-mod-tools

Now, onto helping users.

Whenever a user asks for help with the general forum, you are expected to help, not obliged, not required, expected. This will also get your rep up to the admins to make you stand out. Usually your common sense can answer the question, if not, refer them to the side links in the menu, and if it's not there, apologize saying that you can't answer it and move on. This includes the chat box or a post in the forum.

Now, onto shops. Due to you being a moderator, you can award DP.
Heres what it should look like:
How To Be A Good Moderator---- Cryo Edition C9SO0
You would go to the users profile, move your cursor to the correct position and click that arrow. Once done a text field comes up. Edit DP accordingly please.

Process of Transferring DP from Deck Shops and GFX Shops:
Shops that you have permission to edit DP in are here:
https://cryo.forumotion.com/f37-deck-shops
https://cryo.forumotion.com/f36-graphics-shops

1. Read The Shop. All of it? YES, All of it, might be special values and discounts and fine print.
2. Once a user orders a shop item, the provider of the service should PM them or post the item the recipient wanted. Once done the user who ordered will confirm.
3.Once confirmed, edit the DP's of the users correctly. Adding DP to the user who provided the service, subtracting DP from the user who bought the service. This is where special deals and/or discounts come in. Make sure you do them correctly so you don't get nagged at by the bosses. No one wants that, huh?
4.Easiest Part, I Promise. Post "DP Transferred" After you well, Transferred the DP. Easy Enough Right? Awesome!

Well that's My guide of how to be a good mod, Cryo Edition, Hope it helps. I will edit this accordingly to new updates.

-Picks up Alcoholic Beverage, Continues to consume-

Finfin, are you implying mods don't know how to do their job?! D:
I am offended!

Anyhow, in all seriousness, nice guide. Will be useful to new mods. :D
